With the myBuddy APP we bring social innovations to society at large. Discover events in your city and get to know new buds outside of your current bubble. In this way we enrich and facilitate your social life, give event organizers access to the younger generation and promote a new sense of togetherness in society. New Events. New People. New You.

- Create an account
To use the myBuddy APP you must be of legal age.
When creating your profile, all information must be truthful. This is especially true for your gender, age and cultural identity. These three parameters determine the matching result.
Please only use profile photos for which you own the image rights. Any penalties resulting from the use of non-free photos are to be borne by the user. myBuddy accepts no responsibility for this.
By registering, you agree to the terms of use and our privacy policy.
- Using the myBuddy APP
Using the myBuddy APP is free for everyone.
Through event and profile-based matching within the app, you agree to use the app exclusively for your own personal use. Family members and friends must always create their own individual account.
It is also forbidden to register multiple accounts on the myBuddy APP in order to, for example, influence the matching result or the awarding of Bud benefits in your favor. If we notice such behavior, we will punish it by excluding you from the APP and, if necessary, reclaiming Bud benefits.
With the myBuddy APP we want to create a community that is genuinely interested in getting to know new buds in real life at cool events. A bud match on myBuddy means a firm appointment. That's why it's good etiquette to cancel in person if something comes up. Frequent cancellation of bud matches/events will result in a worse matching rating in the future.
We cannot guarantee or warrant that the information about events listed on the myBuddy APP is correct. However, we always enter the information to the best of our knowledge and belief.
All Bud benefits that we offer via the myBuddy APP are voluntary. There is no entitlement to Bud benefits, especially if an event is fully booked at short notice or if an error has been made by myBuddy or our event partners and Bud benefits cannot be issued as planned. Here, too, we always act to the best of our knowledge and belief in order to offer you as much added value as possible via the myBuddy APP.
You are always responsible for your own safety and well-being during your personal meetings. Even though we at myBuddy always believe in the good in people and only offer public events, we would like to make you aware of the need to always maintain a healthy level of skepticism for the first meeting. Please do not arrange to meet in a remote location beforehand, for example. myBuddy simply offers you a platform to make it easier to get to know buds. We cannot check the people behind the app and cannot be held liable for any actions or incidents that occur during your meeting. If you feel uncomfortable or unsafe during a meeting, you are never obliged to spend the event with your bud match until the end.
- Term and termination
The use of the myBuddy APP is generally for an indefinite period.
If you do not want to use our service, you can pause it at any time or permanently delete your account. You can delete your account within the app in the Info Center menu.
- Changes to the Terms of Use
The current version of the terms of use can be adjusted at any time.
We will notify you of the change in writing by email. If we do not receive a written objection from you within 6 weeks, the new terms of use will be deemed accepted.
- Privacy Policy and Imprint
We process your personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the Federal Data Protection Act (“BDSG”).

- Alternative dispute resolution
We would like to point out that we are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
German law applies.
